Hi! I'm Rowena
The heart and soul behind Bliss Rest Stop. I’m an artist, author, and someone who’s been navigating life with disabilities, emotional challenges, and the pressure of trying to fit into a world full of labels and a suicide survivor. I created Bliss Rest Stop because I know what it’s like to feel like you’re not enough or like you have to erase parts of yourself to fit in.
But here’s the truth: You are enough. Bliss Rest Stop is my way of helping you, and me, remember that. From the worksheets to the books in the Bliss Exchange, everything here is about embracing who we truly are.
